Service Scope: RapidRabbit provides a VPN service designed to protect your online privacy. It is offered as-is and as-available, with no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Age Restriction: RapidRabbit VPN is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not permit use of our services by anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
Privacy & Logging: We do not log your activity, connection timestamps, IP addresses, or metadata that could identify you. No personal information is required to use the service. Login ID authorisation is handled by a separate server to the VPN session meaning sessions cannot be connected to a user ID.
Payment data Any payment data and contact details are held by Stripe. We will only access these details on request by you in the event you lose your access code.
Account Access: Each access code permits use on up to five (5) devices simultaneously. Sharing outside this limit is not allowed.
Fair Use: You must not use RapidRabbit for spam, malware distribution, network abuse, illegal content, or reselling the service. We may suspend abusive use or respond to legal obligations if required.
Payments & Refunds: VPN access is prepaid. Refunds are available within 14 days if the service hasn't been used significantly. Payments made with cash or cryptocurrency are non-refundable.
Free Trial Any promotional free trial is provided on the basis that we retain your IP address in order to prevent abuse. This is logged on session server but is in no way connected to your VPN session
Ports & Protocols: Certain ports (e.g., 25, 137–139, 445) may be blocked for security. DNS traffic may be redirected to prevent leaks. WireGuard is the main supported protocol.
Modifications: We may update the service or policies at any time. Significant changes may be posted on this website.
No Warranty: This service is provided without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
Liability: We are not liable for loss, damage, or consequences arising from use or failure of the service.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
